Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy – MyTeakArt.com (India)

At MyTeakArt.com, we aim to bring you the finest teas from across India with a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made our policy as simple and transparent as possible.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not been dispatched.

  • For cancellation requests after 12 hours, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is being packed or in transit.


2. Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may, however, refuse delivery. In such cases, we will deduct the actual shipping charges and a 10% handling/restocking fee from your refund.


3. How to Cancel an Order

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI, as per details provided by you.


5. Exceptions

  • Perishable or opened tea products are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.

  • Bulk, subscription, or corporate orders may follow separate cancellation terms based on prior agreement.

  • Marketplace Sellers: If your order is from a third-party seller, cancellation policies may vary. These will be visible on the product page.
