You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not been dispatched.
For cancellation requests after 12 hours, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is being packed or in transit.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may, however, refuse delivery. In such cases, we will deduct the actual shipping charges and a 10% handling/restocking fee from your refund.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI, as per details provided by you.
Perishable or opened tea products are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.
Bulk, subscription, or corporate orders may follow separate cancellation terms based on prior agreement.
